CRL Geneva Series Hinges (SKU: GEN074CH) — professional-grade shower door hinges engineered for 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass. Available in six styles (three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass), Geneva Hinges provide design flexibility for frameless shower enclosures. Key differentiators include a reversible 5° pivot pin for improved self-centering, optional custom pivot pins for off-angle installations, and solid brass construction with stainless steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship set to 90°; Offset models ship preset to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin can be rotated to switch sides.

Custom Pivot Pin (Cat. No. GENP1N): Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle installations. If the standard 5° reversible pin does not achieve the desired closure, specify the angle required and contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department. Note: using a custom pivot pin may affect glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics.

Performance: using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass, each hinge set will support up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
