CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L037BCH) are heavy-duty brass shower door hinges designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors where traditional hinges struggle. Similar to Vienna Hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek aesthetic for modern glass showers. Two internal steel pins provide flexible template options: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for greater adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive templates).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side and an 85° side (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Standard models ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch to 85°.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle walls—specify an angle up to 45° when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

CAPACITY: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) per door, max width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max width 36" (914 mm).
