CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L092FG) are heavy-duty shower door hinges with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek appearance. Designed as a stronger alternative to standard Vienna-style hinges, Cologne Hinges support wider, heavier tempered glass shower doors and are ideal for residential and hotel shower installations. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with 90º activated; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the closing angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º).

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
