CRL Gunther Ultra/Bond® and Extra/Build® Mirror Mastics (SKU: GN101B) are high-quality mirror adhesives formulated to provide a strong, permanent bond between electro-copper-plated glass mirror and common substrates. Field tested for compatibility with silver, copper and mirror backing, these mirror mastics maintain an easy working consistency year-round and adhere to drywall, wood, metal, glass, marble and tile (test for bleeding on porous or stained substrates).

Note: Not for use on acrylic mirror. Use Cat. No. GN8 Gunther Prime-N-Seal Primer on all porous substrates. Application guidelines and data sheets are available online. Mechanical support systems are recommended for all mirror installations.

Product warning & safe use
Apply Ultra/Bond® to clean, dry, dust- and grease-free surfaces. Use vertical bead application reinforced along the length of the mirror with 5"–6" (130–155 mm) spacing and beads placed about 3" (75 mm) from mirror edges. Gunther Prime-N-Seal improves adhesion and helps protect against etching on mirror backs. Not for outdoor use. Do not apply to wallpaper, vinyl safety films, acrylic mirrors, or treated wood. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Vapors can ignite; ensure good ventilation and eliminate ignition sources. Avoid breathing vapors and prevent skin or eye contact. Prolonged or repeated inhalation may cause dizziness, headaches, or more serious health effects. Intentional misuse or inhalation of ingredients can result in severe injury or death.
