This CRL Jackson® Adjustable Spring Power Overhead Concealed Closer Body (SKU: 20104M20) is engineered for A.D.A. barrier-free installations and is ideal for glass doors using Patch Fittings or Rail Hardware. The 7/8" extended spindle provides the preferred length for most glass door hardware applications. Spring power adjusts from Size 2 through Size 4 using Patented Dual Compression Technology for finer tension control and improved spring efficiency. Fully independent hydraulic valves allow precise control to balance building codes, stack pressure and secure door closing. This closer body easily retrofits most fixed-spring overhead concealed closers and is specified by professionals worldwide for overhead concealed door applications.
A.D.A. NOTE: Although the adjustable spring power can be reduced for A.D.A. opening force requirements, adequate closing force may not be achievable for every site condition while remaining fully A.D.A. compliant.
Product Warning:
Closers adjusted to meet A.D.A. opening force limits might not provide sufficient spring power to control and close doors of certain sizes or under varying site conditions. Mounting clips are not included — use existing clips or purchase the correct Mounting Clip Package for your application.
