CRL Slip-Fit 90 Degree Horizontal Corners (SKU: GRL10HMBL) are designed for hairline-joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL 11 Gauge Cap Railing and accommodate 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass. These welded, finished, ready-to-install cap rail corners enable clean 90° transitions for glass railing systems and tempered glass applications. Use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond. Two connector sleeves are required per corner for proper installation.
Installation Notes: When used with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, secure the glass with GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl plus 95CBL Silicone. When used with 5/8" (16 mm) glass, use 95CBL Silicone and shims only to secure the glass. Follow manufacturer instructions for adhesive and shim placement to ensure a safe, durable glass railing connection.
