CRL Bottom Door Patch Fitting (SKU: PH11DMBL) — heavy-duty glass door bottom patch fitting designed for frameless glass doors. Includes the No. 1NT302 Insert for tapered square spindle Casma Floor Closers or the 1NT404 Free Swing Pivots. Finished covers come in four standard finishes. Supplied gaskets accommodate either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass, making this an ideal choice for glass storefronts, office partitions, and interior frameless glass doors that require a bottom pivot solution.

Glass door fabrication & limits

The following guidelines apply when building a door using this bottom patch fitting:

Maximum Height: 102" (2.59 m)
Maximum Weight: 194 Lbs. (88 kg)
Maximum Width: 42" (1.07 m)

If the door exceeds any of these limits, use full door rails.

Glass fabrication required:
One 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch.
