CRL Vertical Weatherstile Kits include two 117" (2.97 m) lengths of weatherstile with wool pile weatherstrip, one 120" (3.05 m) black EPDM filler strip (for double door applications), four 117" (2.97 m) bonding strips with Very Hi-Bond tape, four 1-1/2" (38 mm) tall weatherstripped removable access plates with alignment clips, and installation instructions. Custom lengths up to 117" (2.97 m) are available on special order.


These Vertical Weatherstile Kits are redesigned for newly fabricated single or double doors using 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass (monolithic). They provide narrow, low-visibility stiles that reduce drafts and protect the glass edge while preserving the all-glass aesthetic—ideal for commercial storefronts and interior glass doors.

Available in five cladded architectural finishes, the kits match adjacent metal door finishes and are optimized for long-lasting performance with CRL DRS Wedge-Lock® rails. Installation uses internal bonding strips that adhere to the glass with Very Hi-Bond tape for a secure, accurate fit—no time-consuming glue curing required.

NOTE: CRL Vertical Weatherstiles are intended only for use on newly fabricated doors being installed into a new or existing opening. They cannot be used on existing doors with pre-installed door rails.
