CRL Premium Cap Rail (SKU: GR16PS) is manufactured using precision bump-forming for consistent radii and tighter tolerances than roll-formed rails. Double welds along the internal channel increase strength and stability, reducing stress, spring-back and the risk of twist or discoloration at welded corners. These features make GR16PS an ideal architectural cap rail for glass railing, storefront, and ornamental applications where a premium finish and reliable fabrication fit are required.

All cap rails are formed with precision tooling for uniform diameters and smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. Connector sleeves (No. GR16CSS) are recommended to join sections; metal contact cement is required for a permanent bond.

• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: use Cat. No. GR5PV cap rail vinyl plus 95CBL Silicone
• For 5/8" (16 mm) and 3/4" (19 mm) glass: secure with 95CBL Silicone and shims (shims)
• Use 32629 Metal Contact Cement at all connections
