Overview

- 1/8" (3.2 mm) hinge backset
This CRL Router Jig and Template (SKU: RJT4) routes storefront tube for 4-1/2" (114 mm) butt hinges and includes an Adams Rite® tapered-slot cutting template. Fits 4" or 4-1/2" (102 or 114 mm) tubes and provides precise 1/8" (3.2 mm) hinge backsets for accurate hinge placement — ideal for storefront hinge routing and Adams Rite tapered slot installations. For reinforcement use Cat. No. MHT4 flat or Cat. No. MHA4 recessed hinge backup plates.
NOTE: Use a 1/4" (6.4 mm) router bit and a 5/8" outside-diameter template guide.
