The CRL Screen Table Jig Set (SKU: P7924) streamlines window screen fabrication by keeping frames square and eliminating bow-in during spline or wire installation. The set features extruded aluminum jig bars—three floaters and three stationary according to configuration—one 42" (1.06 m) bar for the short end and two bars mounted end-to-end for an 84" (2.13 m) long side so it can ship via standard U.P.S.

The kit includes 12 each 3/4" (19 mm) jig clips. After mounting the two stationary bars, slip three clips onto each side and choose the appropriate floater bars for your screen size. Place the frame so it engages all 12 clips, positioning one clip at each end and one at the center; the center clip holds the frame straight against the jig bar to prevent bow. Extra jig clips are available for either 3/4" (19 mm) or 1" (25 mm) screen frames.
