This CRL Circle and Oval Cutting Machine is the largest capacity manual oval and Circle Cutter available today. The standard Cat. No. 1550CC comes with a short bar with oval cutting capacity from 6-3/8" to 27-1/2" (160 to 700 mm), and a long bar with a range from 6-3/8" to 55" (160 mm to 1.40 m). Add the optional Cat. No. 1550EXT Extension Bar and extend your oval capacity to 90-1/2" (2.30 m).
The cutting mechanism is fixed to the glass surface by either two or six suction cups depending on the size of job. The unique, precisely machined cutting grip and head contains a built-in oil reservoir which delivers oil via wick to the cutting wheel and axle, extending the life of the tungsten carbide cutting wheels. The replaceable wheel holder is mounted into a ball bearing swivel allowing the holder to rotate 360 degrees to accurately follow the track of the preset machine. Each Cutter is packed in a hardwood storage box.
