The CRL Hydrapunch™ Machine is a multi-head machine for quickly and accurately punching holes in the open back vertical mullion/filler of our popular center glazed systems - 1/4" (6 mm) and 1" (25 mm) infills. Simply insert the vertical mullion/filler into the die set, align against the pre-set flip stop, push the pedal and the Hydrapunch™ Machine punches four holes at one time. No need to measure and drill each hole in CRL-U.S. Aluminum framing systems. Get a perfect fit every time and eliminate the most common fabrication errors.
The Hydrapunch™ Machine uses die sets (sold separately) which works with punches the following U.S. Aluminum Center Glazed Storefront Systems:
Series 400 - 1/4" (6 mm) Glazing Series 450 - 1/4" (6 mm) Glazing Series 451 - 1" (25 mm) Glazing Series IT451 - 1" (25 mm) Glazing
Die sets must be specified at time of order, and are sold separately.
