CRL UV602 (SKU: UV602L85) is a medium‑viscosity, 100% solids UV/visible light curable adhesive engineered for bonding glass, laminated glass, metal, ceramic, and many plastics. It delivers strong capillary action on glass up to 1/4" (6 mm); for thicker glass apply adhesive to the bonding surface prior to assembly. Specifically formulated for laminated safety glass, UV602 cures through residual daylight wavelengths (above 380 nm) to fully cure despite PVB interlayer absorption. Butt‑edge bonding is unaffected by the PVB film.
Cured bonds are optically clear, extremely flexible with high elongation, and provide durable, vibration‑resistant joints that resist moisture and yellowing. Store away from sunlight. For best results, prepare glass with Cleaner and Degreaser to remove dirt and grease.
Note: Always test when bonding plastics—some plastics cannot be bonded properly. Do not use on coated parts (powder coated or galvanized).
