CRL UV604 (SKU: UV604L10) is a medium-viscosity, 100% solids UV/visible light curable adhesive formulated for high tensile, shear and peel strength on substrates such as glass, laminated safety glass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, stone, wood and select plastics. Because it lacks capillary flow, apply adhesive to the bonding surface before assembly for consistent glass-to-metal and glass-to-glass bonds.

This adhesive is especially useful for bonding laminated safety glass. The PVB interlayer absorbs most UVA, but CRL UV604 also cures by daylight (above 380 nm), enabling complete cure through PVB films for reliable laminated glass bonding.

Cured bonds are optically clear and resistant to moisture and thermal cycling. Store away from sunlight. Do not use on coated parts (powder-coated or galvanized). When bonding plastics, test compatibility first—some plastics are not bondable.

Cleaner and Degreaser is recommended to remove dirt and oils before bonding to ensure optimum adhesion.
