CRL UV604 (SKU: UV604L25) is a medium-viscosity, 100% solids UV/visible light curable adhesive engineered for high tensile, shear, and peel strength on glass, laminated glass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, stone, wood and select plastics. Because UV604 does not exhibit capillary flow, apply adhesive to the bonding surface before assembly.

This adhesive is optimized as a UV/visible light curable adhesive for laminated safety glass: the PVB interlayer absorbs most UVA, but CRL UV604 cures with available daylight radiation above 380 nm to ensure complete curing through laminated assemblies.

Cured bonds are optically clear and resist moisture and thermal cycling. Store away from sunlight. For best results, prepare glass with Cleaner and Degreaser to remove dirt and grease prior to bonding.

Note: Test adhesion with plastics before use—some plastics and coated parts (powder coated or galvanized) are not suitable for bonding with this adhesive.
