CRL UV604 (SKU: UV604L1K) is a medium-viscosity, 100% solids UV/visible light curable adhesive engineered for high tensile, shear and peel strength on glass, laminated glass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, stone, wood and select plastics. Because it lacks capillary flow, apply adhesive to the bonding surface before assembly for best results.
This adhesive is formulated for laminated safety glass: the PVB interlayer absorbs most UVA, but CRL UV604 also cures by daylight (above 380 nm) and will fully cure in these applications.
Cured bonds are optically clear and resistant to moisture and thermal cycling. Store away from sunlight. For best adhesion on glass, use Cleaner and Degreaser to remove dirt and grease before bonding.
Note: Test on plastics before use—some plastics cannot be bonded reliably. Do not use on coated parts (powder coated or galvanized).
