CRL UV604 (SKU: UV604L30) is a medium-viscosity, 100% solids UV/Visible light curable adhesive formulated for high tensile shear and peel strength on substrates including glass, laminated glass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, stone, wood and select plastics. Because UV604 does not flow by capillary action, apply adhesive to the bonding surface before assembly for reliable glass bonding.

Ideal for laminated safety glass: the PVB interlayer absorbs most UVA, but UV604 cures using the remaining daylight spectrum (above 380 nm), making it suitable for bonding laminated glass where other UV adhesives fail.

Cured bonds are optically clear and resistant to moisture and thermal cycling—features important for glazing, glass repair, and glass-to-metal bonding applications. Store away from direct sunlight.

Cleaner and Degreaser is recommended to prepare glass by removing dirt and grease for optimum adhesion.

Note: Test on plastics before use—some plastics cannot be bonded. Do not use on powder-coated or galvanized surfaces.
