CRL M64 is a gun-grade, one-part modified polyurethane construction sealant designed for moving perimeter joints. It provides durable, permanently flexible performance and excellent adhesion to fluoropolymer coatings such as KYNAR®, Duranar®, and Duranar® Sunstorm™, plus standard metals, aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, plastics, vinyl, glass, wood, concrete, brass, and other common building substrates.

Key applications
Ideal as a low-VOC sealant for storefront and curtain wall perimeter joints, glazing toe or heel beads, concrete and masonry movement joints, and general building perimeter sealing. Also used in manufacturing for travel trailers, mobile homes, and galvanized HVAC ductwork assembly.

Limitations & safety
Do not apply to damp, contaminated, or unpredictably absorptive surfaces (e.g., untreated marble, limestone, granite) without prior testing. Not recommended for surfaces with special cosmetic/protective coatings without manufacturer consultation. Use with adequate ventilation.
