CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z906PS) is a flat-base glass clamp engineered for 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) glass. The flat base installs easily onto square tubing or other flat surfaces and includes an optional steel pin for added load support—ideal for partitions, railings, windbreaks, and similar architectural projects. This product is a practical long-tail solution for "glass clamp for 6mm glass" and "flat base glass clamp for square tubing".

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:

For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
