This Dormakaba® Floor Bearing allows use of a side-load top arm with an Overhead Concealed Closer or Free-Swing Top Pivot. It provides a 5/16" (8 mm) bottom door clearance when used with the recommended minimum 1-1/8" (29 mm) bottom rail depth. Supplied with a finished cover to match opening finish.
