Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Designed for tempered glass doors and commercial glass entrances, the Wedge-Lock® system secures glass by applying downward pressure with two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. Angled extrusions engage an internal wedge groove, pulling the pads together and generating exceptional holding force — proven in our 9" (228.6 mm) Corner Rail and scaled across full-length rails.

Installation & adjustment overview:
After rail installation attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment in or out.

Ordering & compatibility:

• All Door Rails include the standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System; closer arms and floor/overhead pivots ordered separately
• Models with locks ship with the lock mechanism installed; keyed cylinders or thumbturns ordered separately
