CRL 1/8" Diamond Router Bits — high-performance 1/8" (3.17 mm) diamond router bit for glass routing. Engineered from years of glass-routing experience, this bit features two coolant "flats" ground into the shaft to remove more material, deliver twice the coolant volume at the cutting edge, and achieve faster feed rates. When paired with CRL ADR2 or ADR2T Portable Glass Routers, you can reach speeds up to 7" (178 mm) per minute when routing 1/4" (6.35 mm) glass — more than double the speed of our previous bits. Expect over 50 linear feet of routing per bit with proper use. This bit also offers significant cost savings, priced at roughly 50% less than our current router bits. Recommended for use with ADR2, ADR2T, PDR, or Wedge-Lock® Router Systems.
