CRL Glass Rail Standoff Fittings — 316 stainless steel standoffs engineered for laminated glass up to 27/32" (21.52 mm). Each assembly uses 2" (51 mm) diameter caps on threaded bolts to secure glass and fastens to a 3/8" (10 mm) pre-drilled stainless steel mounting plate. Two popular stainless finishes are available from stock. Ideal for glass railing, balustrade, and architectural partition applications where corrosion resistance and clean aesthetics are required.
SPECIFICATIONS:
11/16" & 27/32" (17.52 & 21.52 mm) tempered laminated glass only (do not use with raw or annealed glass).
Glass fabrication: Two 3/4" (19 mm) diameter holes per fitting.
Standoff diameter: 2" (51 mm).
Mounting plate thickness: 3/8" (10 mm), pre-drilled.
Hole spacing between standoffs: 4" (102 mm). Maximum spacing and panel widths vary by use and mounting conditions.
Product Warning:
For use only with 11/16" & 27/32" (17.52 mm – 21.52 mm) tempered laminated glass with appropriate interlayer. Do not use with raw or annealed glass. Verify bracket spacing and maximum panel widths for your installation and substrate before ordering.
