The CRL 8B Series Square Base Shoe is a standout product designed for guard rail and windscreen applications, offering a 30% lighter alternative to the traditional B5S Series.
This environmentally friendly and cost-effective base shoe is compatible with 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass and is available in both 10' and 20' stock lengths, which can be easily cut to size using a chop saw.
It meets NBC load requirements when installed per ICC-3269 standards, ensuring both safety and reliability.
Please note that direct powder coating is not recommended; instead, apply powder-coated cladding over the base shoe.
