CRL8500 Series Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: CRL8534) is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted door closer designed for commercial and institutional entryways, supporting doors up to 800 lbs (363 kg). Ideal as a floor-mounted door closer for heavy doors, it comes in three spring sizes to fit most standard installations and offers 90° or 105° hold-open or no hold-open configurations.

The supplied 1/8" (3 mm) collar-height standard spindle is interchangeable with optional spindles to accommodate different finished floor heights. Accessories available include cover plates, pivots, center-hung and offset arms. For longevity, an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop is recommended to prevent over-extension of door swing.
