The CRL8500 Series Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: CRL8544) is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted door closer engineered for high-traffic commercial entrances and doors up to 800 lbs. (363 kg). Available in 90ΒΊ or 105ΒΊ Hold Open or No Hold Open models and three spring sizes, it accommodates most standard installations where a robust 800 lb door closer is required.
The supplied 1/8" (3 mm) collar-height standard spindle is interchangeable with optional spindles to match different finished floor heights. AccessoriesβCover Plates, Pivots, Center-Hung and Offset Armsβare available to customize installation and integrate with CRL's Door Rail System.
NOTE: An auxiliary floor or overhead door stop is recommended to prevent damage from over-extension of the maximum allowable door swing.
