There are two advantages to buying our Door Closer Bodies with Mounting Clips (SKU: CRL6870). First, replacing a worn-out door closer body reduces cost by eliminating unnecessary hardware. Second, adding accessories lets you build the exact overhead concealed door closer package you need—select a door closer body and add pivots, arms, and other parts. Each unit ships with mounting clips, templates, and instructions for easy installation.

Independent Adjustment Valves
Non-critical valve control adjusts both closing speed and latching speed independently for precise door performance.

Special Retaining Rings
Prevent adjustment valve screws from backing out of the door closer body, improving durability and serviceability.

Installation Note
An auxiliary floor or overhead door stop is recommended to prevent damage from over-extension of the door swing.
