This Adams Rite® 74R1 Electric Strike (SKU: AR74R1A) delivers remote electrical actuation to unlock the strike jaw and release the latchbolt without operating the rim exit device. Designed for rim panic devices with up to a 3/4" (19 mm) Pullman-type latch, this semi-mortised, non-handed electric strike features an ultra-compact stainless steel split-jaw and provides over 2400 lbs. of holding force—ideal for high-security perimeter and commercial door applications. Supplied standard in fail-secure mode and easily convertible in the field to fail-safe operation for flexible access control setups.
