CRL Tremco® DyMonic® FC (SKU: 960878323) is a fast‑skinning, high‑performance, low‑modulus, one‑component moisture‑curing polyurethane sealant. DyMonic® FC cures to a smooth, consistent surface and guns easily in a non‑sag consistency with conventional caulking equipment. At 70°F (21°C) it skins in about one hour, so it collects less dirt than regular DyMonic® (typical skin time 16 hours at 70°F / 21°C). When used on dry, clean, contaminant‑free surfaces, DyMonic® FC typically requires no primer on common construction substrates.


Basic uses
Use DyMonic® FC to seal dynamic moving joints in precast concrete panels, curtainwall systems, tilt‑up panels, expansion and control joints, perimeter caulking for windows and doors, and bedding of mullions, frames, and panels. Its strong, durable adhesive bond and excellent weather resistance resist moisture, shear, and deflection movement—making it ideal for construction joint sealing and facade applications where high recovery and long‑term durability are required.

Meets U.S. Federal Specification TT‑S‑00230C, Type II, Class A; Canadian standard CAN/CGSB‑19.13‑M87; and ASTM C 920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 50 (DyMonic® FC) and Class 25 (DyMonic®), Use NT, M, A and O.

Limitations
Do not apply to damp or contaminated surfaces. Some substrates (for example certain high‑performance paints or architectural finishes) may require a primer.
