CRL Diamond Countersink (SKU: BDC112) features medium-grit metal bond diamonds for grinding precise, chip-free 90º tapers into existing holes in glass. Designed for versatility, this diamond countersink works on any hole size up to its maximum countersink diameter and can also be used on marble and granite. For best results run at medium speeds and apply so the tool contacts the glass circumference evenly. Countersinks in other angles and diameters are available by special request.
Product Warning:
Always wear proper safety gear, including gloves and eye protection, when drilling and countersinking glass. Perform work on a flat, horizontal surface. Use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Cat. No. GF1) when operating electric tools with water or coolant. Failure to follow these precautions can result in operator injury.
