This CRL Diamond Countersink (SKU: SDC1) uses medium-grit metal bond diamonds to grind precise, chip-free 90° tapers in glass holes. Designed for versatility, it can be used on any hole size up to the maximum countersink diameter and also works on marble and granite. Recommended for medium-speed use; apply so the countersink contacts the hole circumference evenly. Countersinks in other angles and diameters are available by special request.
Product Warning:
Always wear proper safety gear, including gloves and eye protection, when drilling glass. Work on a flat, horizontal surface. Use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter when operating electric tools with water or coolant. Failure to follow these precautions can result in operator injury.
