The CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® is an advanced insulating silicone foam spacer designed for simultaneous production of both regular and uniquely shaped insulating glass units.
This innovative product, available in gray or black, significantly reduces production time by eliminating the need for desiccant beads and corner keys.
Its unique design is ideal for specialized insulating glass configurations, including curved, sound insulating, and triple-glazed units with art glass inserts.
Featuring UV-resistant silicone for long-term durability, the Super Spacer® helps minimize moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss with its high-performance, multi-layer barrier film.
Note: An edge sealant, such as CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant, is required for optimal performance.
