CRL DC50 Series Surface Mounted Door Closers — model DC51 (SKU: DC51BLK) cover a wide range of door sizes and weights. The DC51 is sized for light commercial and residential doors, while the series ranges up to size 5 (DC55) for heavy commercial applications. Independent closing and latching speed adjustments deliver smooth, controlled door movement for building entrances, office doors, and multi-family residential units.
An adjustable back check is standard on DC52–DC55 to protect doors and hardware from wind or violent opening. All DC50 series closers include parallel-arm brackets and mounting hardware for universal installation (regular, top-jamb, or parallel-arm). Optional accessories such as drop plates and hold-open arms are available for specialized installations.
