CRL DC50 Series Surface Mounted Door Closers offer a complete range of surface-mount door closers from size 1 (DC51) for light commercial and residential doors to size 5 (DC55) for heavy commercial applications. The DC51BRZ (size 1) delivers smooth, reliable control with independent closing and latching speed adjustment and reversible mounting for standard, top-jamb, or parallel arm configurations on aluminum, metal, or wood doors.
An adjustable back check is standard on DC52–DC55 models to protect doors and hardware from wind or forceful openings. All DC50 series closers ship with parallel arm brackets and mounting hardware for universal installation. Optional accessories such as drop plates and hold-open arms are available for specialized installations.
