The CRL DC52 Size 2 Surface Mount Door Closer (SKU: DC52BRZ) is designed for light commercial and residential doors. Size 2 spring power fits interior doors up to 36" (914 mm) and exterior doors up to 32" (813 mm) wide, with recommended door weight 66–99 lbs (30–45 kg). Features include an adjustable back check to protect doors and hardware from wind or violent swings, plus independently adjustable closing and latching speeds for smooth, reliable door control—ideal when specifying a commercial residential door closer with reversible mounting and dual-valve speed control.

All CRL Surface Mounted Closers are UL listed and backed by a 10-year warranty. Each closer ships with a parallel arm bracket and mounting hardware for universal installation (regular, top-jamb, or parallel arm). Optional accessories such as Drop Plates and Hold Open Arms are available for special installations.
