The CRL DC54 Size 4 Surface Mount Door Closer (SKU: DC54BRZ) delivers reliable, UL-listed door control for commercial and residential projects. The Size 4 spring fits interior doors up to 48" (122 cm) and exterior doors up to 42" (107 cm), with an applicable door weight range of 143–187 lbs (65–85 kg). Built-in adjustable back check protects doors and hardware from wind or forceful swings. Independent closing and latching speed adjustments provide smooth, code-compliant operation for high-traffic entrances and ADA-sensitive openings. Each closer includes a Parallel Arm Bracket and mounting hardware for universal installation (regular, top-jamb, or parallel arm) on aluminum, metal, and wood doors. UL listed and ANSI A156.4 Grade 1 certified for commercial use, backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
