CRL Tremco® 440 Butyl Architectural Tape offers superior weather resistance and a 100% solids content, available in aluminum and black colors.
This highly adhesive, pre-formed butyl sealant in tape form is designed to prevent water infiltration with its watertight seal, making it ideal for non-compression glazing of vision lites and spandrel panels in both metal and wood frames.
Adaptable to various glazing systems and maintaining elasticity at low temperatures, Tremco® 440 is perfect for lap sealing between panels like steel, aluminum, and porcelain.
For best results, ensure surfaces are clean and dry, and follow good glazing practices for a reliable seal.
