CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: CDR4SDU12SL) is an innovative glass entrance solution built around the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). The system secures glass by applying downward pressure through two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tensioned with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage a matching groove to generate exceptional clamping force — more than 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail — providing industry-leading retention for tempered glass door applications.

Installation and adjustments: after mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot to the preassembled adjustable slide. Remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" in/out adjustment. Low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback for out-of-square openings.

• All door rails supplied with standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System; closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately
• Models with locks include the lock mechanism; keyed cylinders or thumbturns ordered separately
• End caps included in stock lengths; specify rail length (including end caps) for custom lengths
