CRL Deluxe Header Kit (SKU SDH660BA) provides strong, low-profile overhead support for glass panels that do not reach the ceiling. Sold in 66", 98" or 144" lengths, each extruded aluminum header has a narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face to minimize visible sight line—ideal for frameless glass shower headers, commercial storefront headers, and custom glass partition header installations.

Designed for in-house fabrication with modular components. Brass wall brackets are included; 90° and 135° fixed corners or adjustable corners are available separately. A special adapter block is offered for pivot-hinge installations, and a blank mounting bracket can be used where the header does not meet the wall at 90°.

Compatible with Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell hinges when used with top-and-bottom mount pivot hinges—making this header kit a versatile solution for glass door header support and retrofit projects.
