CRL Cologne Hinges offer a sleek, high-capacity alternative to traditional Vienna hinges with radius corners and beveled edges for an upscale look. Designed for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, these solid-brass hinges include two internal steel pins that provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for greater adjustability and to fit CRL (and in some cases competitive) rectangular, square-corner cut-outs. STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side activated; Pre-Set models ship set to 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom Pivot Pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm), each hinge set will support up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm), the set will support up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with a maximum width of 36" (914 mm).
