CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L092BN) combine the strength of Vienna-style hinges with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Built from solid brass for lasting corrosion resistance, Cologne Hinges are engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges cannot safely support. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90º and 85º markings. Standard models ship set to 90º; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch angles.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity:
• Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
