CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges — PPH03BN are engineered for 5/16" to 3/8" (8 to 10 mm) tempered safety glass and expand application possibilities for shower door hardware. Pivot-type hinges transfer most weight to the bottom and can be inset from the wall to provide clearance for towel bars and other projections. Prima hinges are self-centering with four internal springs for strong retention. Optional Cat. No. P1VP1N 5° Pre-Set Pivot Pin Sets may be ordered separately; Pre-Set 5° hinge models are also available in stock. PPH01 adapts to the Deluxe Header System; PPH06 is compatible with the EZ-Adjust Header System (includes EZ-Adjust adaptor). These features make the Prima Series ideal for tempered glass shower door pivot hinge installations and custom shower enclosures where full-height headers are not used.

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, Shell Series): Use optional 5° pivot pins to alter door closing position by 5°. Pins can be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Sold as a set (top and bottom). Not included with hinge purchase. Pre-Set 5° hinge models are available from stock.

Using two hinges on 5/16"–3/8" glass (8–10 mm): holds up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm). This makes the Prima hinge suitable for many residential and hotel shower glass door applications.
