CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges (SKU: PPH03CH) are engineered for 5/16" to 3/8" (8 to 10 mm) tempered safety glass and offer versatile applications for frameless shower doors and glass enclosures. These self-centering pivot hinges use four springs for maximum retention and carry most of the door weight at the bottom—allowing inset mounting for clearance of towel bars and other projections. Optional Cat. No. P1VP1N 5° Pre-Set Pivot Pin Sets may be ordered separately; Pre-Set 5° hinge models are also available from stock. Some Prima models adapt to CRL header systems: PPH01 adapts to the Deluxe Header System; PPH06 is compatible with the EZ-Adjust Header System and includes an adaptor.

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, Shell Series): Use to alter door closing by 5°. Pins can be inserted before installation or retrofitted afterward. Sold as a set (top and bottom). Not included with hinge purchase.

Capacity (two hinges): With 5/16" to 3/8" glass (8 to 10 mm) the hinge will hold up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
