The CRL Zurich Series (SKU: ZUR03BN) bi-fold hinge is a professional-grade solution for 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass. Introduced as CRL’s first bi-fold hinge, the Zurich line features stainless steel or solid brass construction and is offered in up to 13 durable finishes. Installation is quick and simple—only two holes per hinge per panel are required and no glass cut-out is necessary—making it a preferred choice for bi-fold shower doors and tub enclosures.

Replacement cover plate screws (Item No. P512) are available in matching finishes and sold in convenient packs of 100.

Load Capacity & Door Width

Using two hinges with 5/16"–3/8" glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16"–3/8" glass: holds up to 150 lbs (68 kg), maximum door width 40" (1.02 m).
