CRL Zurich Series professional hinges (SKU: ZUR03PS) were the first bi-fold hinges offered by CRL. Designed for bi-fold shower doors and compact tub enclosures, Zurich hinges feature stainless steel or solid brass construction and come in multiple finishes. They require only two mounting holes per hinge per panel and need no glass cut-out—simplifying installation for tempered safety glass panels.

Replacement Parts: Use Item No. P512 replacement screws for cover plate, packaged in convenient 100-count packs and available in multiple finishes.

Regional Note: Not available in Germany.

Load Ratings & Door Size:

• Using two hinges (5/16"–3/8" glass): holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges (5/16"–3/8" glass): holds up to 150 lbs (68 kg); maximum door width 40" (1.02 m).

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Glass Thickness: 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass
• Special Features: Optimized for bi-fold shower door and tub-area folding applications. Use ZUR01 and ZUR03 for doors that fold into the tub area; ZUR02 and ZUR05 for doors that fold out to the bathroom area.
