CRL’s CRS Surface Mounted Post Kits (SKU: CR42EKBS) are fabricated from Schedule 40, 1.9" (48 mm) diameter stainless steel tubing and designed specifically for guardrail and handrail installations. Each kit ships complete with welded base plate, base cover flange, top rail adapter, and bottom rail adapter—no fabrication required.
Standard CRS 36" and 42" post kits accept 2" (51 mm) diameter top rails and 1-1/2" (38 mm) diameter bottom rails. Custom post heights and alternate top cap rail sizes are available by special order—contact Technical Sales for details on custom stainless steel post kits and lead times.
