Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z15310BS) are engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass and offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-base glass clamps provide a clean, secure mounting solution for partition systems, glass railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass applications.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the steel pin (included) for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

For Use With: 1-1/2" or 2" (38 or 50.8 mm) diameter round tubing

Material: Zinc construction or stainless steel. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc recommended for enhanced exterior durability.

Glass Fabrication:
For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) thick glass: 1/2" (12 mm) notch required when using the provided steel pin.
For 1/2" (12 mm) thick glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the provided steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin (optional use) with grommet.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the panel is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
