This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z712BS) is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, this radius-base Z-clamp provides secure, low-profile mounting for partitions, railings, mezzanines and windbreaks where a 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing attachment is required.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL Socket Head Cap Bolt ZB0LT and Rivet-Nut ZRNUT. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 9/16" (13.52–14 mm) notch is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required if using the steel pin for support.
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using the steel pin for support.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet (pin is optional)
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS replacement screws. Replacement gaskets available: CRL Cat. No. Z14SG and Z712SG.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
