CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z712MBL) is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) glass and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Its radius base design fits 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing, making it ideal for partitions, railings, windbreaks, mezzanines and other architectural glass applications. Use monolithic tempered glass for best performance. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc finishes are recommended for increased exterior durability — a clear differentiator for outdoor use.

For mounting to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 9/16" (13.52–14 mm) notch/hole is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support.
